FEES

At Crescent Estate Planning, we offer a fixed no upfront fee service, payment is only requested on completion of your final documents. Below we illustrate our normal service fees, other services are offered based on your own requirements and instructions.

BASIC WILL – single £195.00 couple £295.00  – includes the appointment of guardians (if required), distribution of your estate to your beneficiaries and funeral wishes.

​TRUST WILLS – single from £550.00 couple from £690.00 – dependant on the number and type of trusts and would include severance of joint tenancy for property protection trusts.

LASTING POWERS OF ATTORNEY single – Property and Financial Affairs or Health and Welfare £395.00 or BOTH for a single person £595.00 If both are required for a couple – £895.00.

These fees include, acting as a certificate provider (required for registration), completion of ALL papers in respect of your application, pre- registration checks and submission to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration. These fees EXCLUDE the OPG registration fees. We are able to offer a service to complete this payment for you if required.
